These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the v3cuci platform, accessible at https://v3cuci.cam and any associated mobile applications or services operated by or on behalf of v3cuci ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the User", "Member", or "Player") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of your agreement with v3cuci. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated agents are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your jurisdiction permits access to online betting platforms before registering.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by v3cuci or by any third-party responsible gambling authority.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of v3cuci or any of its affiliated entities.

v3cuci reserves the right to verify eligibility at registration and at any subsequent point. Where we are unable to verify eligibility to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any funds therein pending investigation.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The opening or operation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must notify v3cuci immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting us at [email protected].

v3cuci reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence ("EDD") checks on any Account at any time, including but not limited to requesting government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). v3cuci supports the following payment channels for Malaysian Members: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

Minimum Deposit: RM30 for bank transfers and FPX channels; RM10 for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method as displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• v3cuci reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Such checks may delay the processing timeline.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Maximum single withdrawal: RM30,000 (or as displayed in your Account settings).

v3cuci does not charge internal processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees or foreign exchange charges, for which v3cuci bears no responsibility.

v3cuci offers various promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available to one Account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before completion of the Wagering Requirement will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• v3cuci reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet Wagering Requirements, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other Members to extract bonus value — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in Account termination.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. v3cuci does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets except in circumstances where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where a technical error has materially affected the odds or market.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, v3cuci's decision shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• v3cuci reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict access to specific markets, or void bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, corruption, or use of privileged insider information.
• Live in-play bets are subject to acceptance at the time of placement. There may be a short delay between bet placement and confirmation during which odds may shift. Where a bet is placed at odds that were no longer current at the time of processing, v3cuci reserves the right to void such bets or re-offer them at the updated odds.
• Where a sporting event, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, or any other market, is postponed or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand (as defined per sport), all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded.

For slot and casino games, each game operates under its own mathematically certified Return to Player (RTP) rate and random number generation (RNG) mechanism. Game results are independently tested and certified. v3cuci does not manipulate or influence individual game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illicit activity.
• Attempting to defraud v3cuci or other Members through any means, including collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the Platform's software, servers, or databases without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without express authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or miscalculation of odds to place bets at artificial prices.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the v3cuci brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of v3cuci or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from v3cuci.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v3cuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

v3cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may periodically affect Platform availability.

v3cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or enhanced due diligence requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Commencement of legal proceedings against v3cuci by the Member.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
• At the request of the Member for self-exclusion purposes.

Upon termination, any genuine Account balance (net of bonus funds that have not satisfied Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds linked to breach-related terminations may be withheld pending investigation.

A Member may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting v3cuci support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by v3cuci's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It will be used only for legitimate operational purposes including Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive such communications.

v3cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If you feel that your gambling habits are causing concern, we strongly encourage you to make use of the tools available to you.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based reminders to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently). Contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications within your session to display the time elapsed and net gaming session result.

v3cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, with not less than seven (7) days' advance notice where possible.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11 above.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date, is always available on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Members wishing to raise a formal complaint should do so by contacting v3cuci's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. v3cuci will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved within 30 days of first being raised in writing, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels as provided by applicable law.
